Who We Are

A Transformer Manufacturer Procurement Teams Can Verify

Synergy Transformers Pvt. Ltd. has been designing, winding, tank-fabricating and testing transformers in Rajkot, Gujarat since 2004. Everything that defines transformer life — core cutting, foil and wire winding, core-coil assembly, tank fabrication, painting, oil filtration and final routine testing — happens inside our own 103,500+ sq. ft. plant, under one quality plan.

Our 70-strong engineering and production team works to customer-approved GA drawings, records every routine test result, and issues complete dossiers: test certificates, guaranteed technical particulars, name-plate drawings and O&M manuals. That is how utilities, EPC contractors, steel plants and solar developers audit us before the first unit ships.

  • Own foundry-grade tank fabrication & painting

What Makes Our Transformers Different

Three engineering decisions that measurably change losses, temperature rise and service life in the field.

Foil winding coil for distribution transformer

Foil Winding Technology

Continuous aluminium/copper foil removes transposition joints, spreads axial forces evenly across the coil and lowers hot-spot gradients. The result is higher short-circuit withstand, a more compact footprint and better heat dissipation over decades of loading.

Energy efficient transformer core and coil assembly

Loss Optimisation & Responsible Manufacturing

We engineer to IS 1180 Level 1 and Level 2 loss limits, so no-load and load losses are guaranteed on the name plate. Pollution-control compliance, controlled oil handling and transparent internal communication are audited as part of the same quality system.

Transformer routine testing laboratory

Research, Testing & Traceability

BIS-approved distribution transformer designs, in-house routine testing (ratio, vector group, winding resistance, insulation resistance, no-load and load loss) plus batch traceability of CRGO, insulation and oil for every serial number we dispatch.

Questions Overseas Buyers Ask Us First

We build oil-immersed and cast resin units from 16 kVA up to 3500 kVA in voltage classes up to 33 kV. This envelope covers distribution, power, furnace, inverter duty and compact substation applications. Ratings outside this range are reviewed case by case by our design department.

Oil-filled designs are manufactured and routine tested to IS 1180 (Level 1 / Level 2 energy efficiency), IS 2026 and IEC 60076. Cast resin dry type transformers follow IEC 60076-11 with F1, E2 and C2 class options. Compact substations are built around IEC 62271-202 principles.

Foil winding eliminates transposition joints, so axial short-circuit forces are distributed evenly along the coil instead of concentrating at crossovers. It also improves surface-to-volume ratio for heat dissipation, which reduces hot-spot temperature and extends insulation life — a real advantage in networks with frequent through faults.

Yes. Customer witness testing and third-party inspection agencies are welcome at our Rajkot test bay. We schedule the test date after drawing approval, share the test procedure in advance, and issue signed test reports plus guaranteed technical particulars with the dispatch dossier.

Standard distribution transformers are typically ready in 3 to 5 weeks after drawing approval. Custom power transformers, furnace transformers and compact substation packages generally need 6 to 10 weeks depending on rating, tap-changer type and accessory scope.

We regularly ship with seaworthy packing, nitrogen-filled or oil-filled transport options, and complete export documentation. After commissioning, our service desk supports remote diagnostics, spare fittings supply, oil filtration guidance and repair planning through local partners.
