Design Advantages

Why Utility Engineers & EPCs Specify Synergy Power Transformers

Our power transformers combine precision material selection with advanced thermal and electrodynamic engineering.

Dynamic Short-Circuit Resilience

Engineered with reinforced core-coil clamping, high-density insulating pressboard, and rigid coil bracing to withstand severe short-circuit electromagnetic forces and line surges without mechanical deformation.

Optimized Low-Loss Core Design

Utilizing prime-grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) steel laminations with step-lap mitred joints. This structural precision minimizes no-load losses, reduces magnetizing current, and lowers operating noise levels.

Precision Voltage Regulation (OLTC / OCTC)

Available with On-Load Tap Changers (OLTC) integrated with Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) for continuous system voltage control, or Off-Circuit Tap Changers (OCTC) for manual ratio adjustments.

Safety & Monitoring

Integrated Protection & Monitoring Suite

Every power transformer is fitted with industry-trusted instrumentation to ensure complete network protection and remote diagnostics.

Temperature Monitoring

Oil Temperature Indicators (OTI) and Winding Temperature Indicators (WTI) with micro-switch contacts for alarm, trip, and cooling fan control, complete with remote RTD sensors.

Pressure & Gas Relays

Double-float Buchholz relays with shut-off valves, magnetic oil level gauges (MOG) with trip contacts, and spring-loaded pressure relief devices (PRD) for internal fault detection.

Oil Preservation Systems

Dehydrating silica gel breathers, conservator tanks with air-cell diaphragms, and thermosiphon filter arrangements to maintain high dielectric oil strength over time.

Export Readiness

100% In-House Factory Acceptance Testing

Our dedicated test bay in Rajkot carries out complete routine testing prior to dispatch clearance. International procurement agents and third-party inspectors are invited to witness testing.

Routine Tests Conducted

Measurement of winding resistance, voltage ratio, phase displacement (vector group), insulation resistance, separate source AC withstand voltage, induced overvoltage, no-load loss, and load loss impedance.

Third-Party Inspection (FAT)

We routinely accommodate Factory Acceptance Testing witnessed by independent inspection agencies, including SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek for export projects.

Seaworthy Packaging

Units are prepared for containerized export shipping using heavy-duty base frames, nitrogen-purged transport options, rust-preventive coatings, and vacuum-sealed wooden casing.
